At Blackhok, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Items: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags/labels intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as innerwear, personal care products, and customized items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Condition Check: Returned products will be inspected. If found used, damaged, or missing parts, the return request may be rejected.
