📄 Refund & Return Policy (Blackhok)

At Blackhok, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Return Policy (7 Days)

1. Return Period: You may return products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligible Items: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags/labels intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as innerwear, personal care products, and customized items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Condition Check: Returned products will be inspected. If found used, damaged, or missing parts, the return request may be rejected.

6. Return Shipping: In most cases, customers may need to self-ship the product. Pickup availability depends on your location.

💰 Refund Policy

1. Refund Mode: Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Wallet) within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality check.

2. Shipping Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable (except if you received a wrong or defective product).

3. Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

• Please make sure to keep proof of return shipment (if self-shipped).

• Blackhok reserves the right to decline a return/refund if the product does not meet the return conditions.
